Meet the team

Derek Andrews

Partner

Derek advises business owners, entrepreneurs and private clients on complex tax planning and transactions. His work includes holding structures, business acquisitions and disposals, property investment, cross-border planning and the tax issues that arise when significant commercial decisions are being made.

He also has extensive experience representing clients in Revenue interventions, investigations and tax appeals, with a particular focus on combining technical analysis with practical, implementable advice.

Daphne Andrews

Partner

Daphne advises on a broad range of business and personal tax matters, including intellectual property structures, research and development incentives, cash extraction, residence and domicile planning and cross-border structures.

Her work also includes Revenue interventions and complex advisory matters where tax, legal and commercial considerations need to be brought together.

Rory Dempsey

Consultant

Rory specialises in private wealth and succession matters. His work includes will and estate planning, family trusts, transfers of property, family arrangements and planning for minor or incapacitated beneficiaries.

He brings a practical perspective to long-term family planning, helping clients structure ownership and succession in a way that reflects both their tax position and wider family objectives.

Trish Ferguson

Trish manages the day-to-day running of the firm and plays a central role in keeping client work, internal processes and the wider team organised.

She is often the first point of contact for clients and helps coordinate appointments, documentation, deadlines and ongoing matters. Her role is integral to ensuring that work progresses efficiently and that clients receive a responsive and well-organised service.

Conor McArdle

Conor is a trainee tax consultant working across a broad range of private client and business tax matters. He assists with technical research, tax computations, Revenue correspondence and the preparation of advice for clients.

As part of his training, he is gaining experience across areas including personal tax, business taxation, succession planning and Revenue interventions, while working closely with the wider advisory team.
